Order Cancellation
You can request order cancellation only before the order reaches the “Processed / Quality Check” stage.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
Prepaid Orders
Before Order Processing / Quality Check
If you cancel your prepaid order before processing:
• A payment processing fee of 3% of the order value may be deducted
• Additional cancellation charges of 5%–9% may apply depending on payment and handling costs
After Order Processing / Quality Check
If cancellation is requested after the order has been processed:
The following charges may be deducted:
• Forward shipping charges
• Return shipping charges
• Restocking and handling fees
Refunds will be processed after applicable deductions.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
• COD orders can only be cancelled before the order enters the processing or quality check stage.
• If a customer cancels after processing or refuses delivery at the time of arrival:
– Future Cash on Delivery (COD) service may be restricted or permanently disabled for that customer.
Important Notes
• Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment dispatch.
• Customers may request a return after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.
• Refund timelines may vary depending on payment providers and banks.
• Glowriwaaz reserves the right to refuse repeated or suspicious cancellation requests.
