General Shipping Information
We currently deliver orders across India using reliable third-party courier and logistics partners.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on:
• Customer location
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Courier service delays
• Operational issues beyond our control
Order Processing Details
• Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (IST)
• Handling Time: 1–3 Business Days (Monday to Saturday)
Orders placed after the cut-off time may be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeline
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery timelines are:
• 3–7 business days for most cities and urban areas
• 10–15 business days for remote or rural locations
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary.
Shipping Charges
• Orders below ₹500: Shipping Charge ₹60
• Orders above ₹500: FREE Shipping
⚠ Additional charges may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders depending on the location and order value.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
• You will receive tracking details via Email or SMS
• Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active
Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment updates using the provided tracking number.
Shipping Limitations
Currently, Glowriwaaz ships only within India.
We do not provide shipping to:
• P.O. Box addresses
• APO/FPO addresses
• International locations
Multiple shipping addresses within a single order are not supported.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear product photos and order details
• Provide an unboxing video for verification
After successful verification, we will arrange a replacement if eligible.

Returns & Refunds
Returns may only be accepted under eligible conditions mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy.
To qualify:
• Return request must be raised within the allowed period
• Product must remain unused and in original packaging
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
• Amount will be credited to the original payment method
Shipping and COD charges are generally non-refundable unless approved otherwise.
Exchanges
We only allow exchanges for:
• Damaged products
• Defective items
• Incorrect items received
Exchange requests must be made within the specified claim period after delivery.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products are non-returnable and non-refundable:
• Sale or discounted products
• Promotional items
• Gift cards
• Used or opened products
Lost or Delayed Orders
Glowriwaaz is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
If your order is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it:
• Contact the courier company first
• Then reach out to our support team for assistance
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Glowriwaaz will not be responsible for:
• Failed deliveries due to incorrect address details
• Delays caused by incomplete customer information
