Returns

Please note that skincare and cosmetic products cannot be returned once sold and delivered.

Due to hygiene and safety concerns:

• We do not accept returns after delivery
• Opened, used, or tampered products are non-returnable
• Products purchased during sale or promotional offers are non-returnable


Refunds

• Refunds are not applicable once the order is delivered
• Used or opened products are not eligible for refunds
• Orders once shipped and delivered are considered non-refundable

Refunds, if approved in exceptional cases, will be processed after inspection and verification.


Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund has been initiated in an approved case but has not been received yet:

• Contact your bank, as processing times may vary

Sale & Discounted Products

• Products purchased on sale, discount, clearance, or promotional offers are non-refundable and non-returnable.


Exchanges (Only for Damaged or Defective Products)

We only replace products if they are:

• Damaged during delivery
• Defective or incorrect items received

To request an exchange:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear product photos
• Provide a complete unboxing video

⚠ Important Notice:

An unboxing video is mandatory for all damage or missing product claims.
The video must be:

• Continuous
• Clear and unedited
• Recorded from opening the sealed package until the product is fully visible

Claims without proper unboxing proof may not be accepted.


Exchange Process

Once your request is verified and approved:

• We will arrange a replacement product
• Exchange delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and product availability

Glowriwaaz reserves the right to approve or reject exchange requests after verification.


Return Shipping

• Customers may need to bear return shipping charges where applicable
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• Original shipping fees, if any, will not be refunded
